About Us
In 1983, Mark Pennells and Zarc Porter met at music college and bonded over a packet of custard creams (Zarc claims Mark ate them all). With a shared passion for using music to present the gospel, they began their journey as Except For Access complete with boxer boots and mullets. As a songwriting and management/production team they went on to be responsible for many other bands and projects including: The World Wide Message Tribe, Jumping In The House Of God, Re:source, Shine, V*enna, thebandwithnoname, tbc, BeBe Vox, iSingPOP and The Worship Zone (which includes the iSingWorship app and Worship Lyric Videos). In addition they have worked with and/or written for many notable CCM artists such as Matt Redman, Martin Smith, Avalon, Jump 5, Pure NRG, and True Vibe.
